1. Please keep in mind the following exchange policy for our FILA online store.
    1. You may only return/exchange items in our physical stores. Exchange via courier is not allowed
      1. You may exchange your products in our stores provided that:
        1. It was not used
        2. Item is still in its original packaging
        3. Item cannot be defective
        4. It can only be exchanged within the seven-day period
    2. Buyer must provide official receipt of purchase.
      1. A copy of the invoice/receipt should be included inside the package.
      2. It should be presented in our physical store together with the product.
    3. Once the item has been bought – we do not allow refund of items. It can only be exchanged provided that it is not defective or if given the wrong size.
    4. All returned items shall be subjected to quality control and assessment to confirm its condition.
  2. Please note that – We cannot exchange GH before or during our promo. We will notify consumers once they can go to stores and exchange their GH if product does not fit or has a defect.
  3. Delivery will be charged to the customer; delivery fee will depend on the location of the customer.
